Received a damaged Item?
We take meticulous care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Packaging damage incurred during shipping, such as dented boxes, without affecting the product's condition, is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, inform us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@sapristore.com and including a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your eligibility for a replacement at no cost. Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
